We are Switzerland’s first salmon farm and one of the most sustainable aquafarms in the world. For more than ten years, we have been raising pure Alpine salmon in the heart of the Swiss Alps, with precision and in harmony with nature. Our methods protect the environment, support healthy growth, and deliver pure, nutritious food you can trust.
Our salmon grow in pure Alpine mountain water for nearly two years. Free from additives, antibiotics, hormones, and microplastics, they live as nature intended, swimming against a continuous current in calm, pristine conditions that mirror their life in the wild.
These controlled living conditions create a harmony between innovation and nature, ensuring the well-being of each fish while protecting the delicate balance of our environment.
Our team lives close to the farm, watching over the fish day and night. Every oxygen level, temperature change, and water flow is monitored with care. If something needs attention, we are there immediately.
This constant presence keeps our salmon calm, healthy, and stress-free, and it shows in their texture, flavor, and vitality.
The way our salmon live shapes the way they taste. The crystal clear water and the serenity of their environment give them a clean, delicate flavor, naturally rich in omega 3 fatty acids, essential proteins, and vitamins.

Our recirculating aquaculture system is one of the most advanced in the world:
Melted snow feeds the cycle, where salmon grows free from chemicals, antibiotics, or contact with the sea. Our closed-loop system prevents escapees and ensures zero impact on other marine life. Because the entire process is so resource-friendly, it reduces the need for fresh water to less than 2%, making it one of the most sustainable aquaculture systems in the world.
Six times a year, we bring in salmon eggs from Iceland. Over the next two years, they grow into fully matured salmon, reaching their ideal size of 3.5 kilograms. Throughout their life, they swim freely against a gentle current created by our four propellers, building strength and developing naturally firm flesh. Their feed, produced in France, is free from ethoxyquin and made to the highest nutritional standards, supporting healthy, balanced growth.
