Ogni filetto viene massaggiato con una miscela classica di aneto, sale e un pizzico di zucchero, quindi lasciato marinare per 24 ore. Successivamente viene delicatamente risciacquato e rifinito ulteriormente con aneto fresco. Infine, viene accuratamente affettato a mano in fette sottili, che svelano una consistenza delicata e lo rendono pronto per essere servito in semplicità.
