Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Aquakultur-Farm-Manager/in für die Überwachung, Verwaltung und Instandhaltung unserer Aquakultur-Farm. Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Planung und Leitung der täglichen Betriebsabläufe wie Zucht, Aufzucht und Überwachung der Gesundheit der Fische sowie die Aufrechterhaltung optimaler Betriebsbedingungen. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ausgezeichnete Managementfähigkeiten, ein starkes Interesse an nachhaltigen Aquakulturpraktiken und ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Gesundheit und Ernährung von Wassertieren.
Your tasks
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily fish farm operations, including feeding, growth tracking, and harvesting
- Maintain optimal farm conditions and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards
- Carefully monitor aquatic life to detect diseases or abnormal behaviour and implement solutions to mitigate health issues
- Stay informed on new technologies and best practices in aquaculture
- Prepare and manage budget and farm resources efficiently
- Train and supervise stuff
- Regularly report on farm status, challenges, and production
- Manage relationships with other departments, suppliers, community, and regulatory bodies
