This year we will be participating in a number of fairs, exhibitions and food festivals with our SWISS LACHS. In this blog post you can find out which events we will be at in Zurich and Ticino. Come by and try our salmon specialities.
Slow Food Market
When: Friday to Sunday, 3 – 5 March 2023
Where: Zurich Oerlikon, Halle 550
Together with Big Green Egg Head we will hold a workshop on smoking salmon at 17:00 each day.
Giardina
When: Wednesday to Sunday, 15 – 19 March 2023
Where: Messe Zürich
Our salmon specialities will be prepared and finished at the Big Green Egg Head stand.
Ticino Nautica
When: Friday to Monday, 7 – 10 April 2023
Where: Ascona
Our salmon specialities will be prepared at the Big Green Egg Head and finished on the grill.
Züri Fäscht
When: Friday to Sunday, 7 – 9 July 2023
Where: Stadt Zürich
Together with Big Green Egg Head and the Haus zum Rüden , we will be preparing and serving our salmon specialities at Switzerland’s biggest folk festival.
Food Zürich
When: Thursday to Sunday, 7. – 17. September 2023
