Description
Hot-smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon side, gently cured and prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Carefully trimmed, it is rubbed with a racy Cajun spice mixture inspired by the southern states of the USA, bringing notes of paprika, red pepper, and cayenne. It is then hot-smoked according to a traditional recipe for around 45 minutes at 60°C, creating a warm, rounded flavour without overpowering the salmon.
