Description
Hot-smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon with pepper and lemon, gently cured and prepared by our smokehouse artisans. The fresh fillets are first placed in a light brine, then smoked gently, first cold and then hot at 95 °C, so the pepper and lemon notes come through with clarity. The result is a refined, warm smoke character with a smooth finish, while the salmon’s natural flavour remains the focus.
