Description

Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon side, gently prepared by our smokehouse artisans using traditional smoking techniques. Immediately after harvest, salmon is placed in a light brine overnight, then gently smoked for up to 24 hours over a blend of fine beech and oak wood. Paired by our chefs with Guerdon Rosé Champagne “Reine Rebelle”, chosen for its freshness and fine fruit character. The lively bubbles add lift alongside the gentle smoke, creating a smooth, elegant finish. Includes a high-quality Swiss Lachs gift box.
