Description
Dyhrberg horseradish mousse is a light, airy accompaniment with a lively kick and a smooth finish. Designed to pair beautifully with salmon fillets and smoked salmon. A small spoonful adds freshness and gentle heat without overpowering the main salmon taste. Serve as a refined side for apéro platters or elegant starters.

Water, horseradish 15% (horseradish, water, rapeseed oil, antioxidant E223), rapeseed oil, fully hydrogenated coconut oil, sugar, MILK POWDER, emulsifiers (E472b, E471, E322), modified potato starch, flavouring, acidity regulators (E296, E330, E300), preservatives (E202, E211), lemon juice concentrate.
