Description
Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon fillet, gently cured and carefully sliced, prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Harvested and brought to the smokehouse the very same day, it is traditionally smoked over burning oak wood at low temperatures for up to 24 hours. Paired by our chefs with Bianco Rovere by Gialdi from Ticino, selected to complement the salmon’s mild, balanced flavour. The wine adds freshness and elegance alongside the gentle smoke, creating a harmonious pairing. Includes a high-quality Swiss Lachs gift box.
