Smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon fillet, gently cured and carefully sliced, prepared by our smokehouse artisans. Cold-smoked over finest chestnut wood, it adds a delicately refined note to the classic profile. Harvested and brought to the smokehouse the very same day, it is gently smoked at low temperatures for up to 24 hours. With no comparable salmon in Switzerland processed this quickly after harvest, it delivers exceptional freshness and a mild, balanced flavour.
