Description
Hot-smoked Pure Swiss Alpine salmon, gently cured and prepared by our smokehouse artisans. By starting the smoking process immediately after harvest, we preserve outstanding freshness and a delicately balanced taste. The fillets are carefully prepared, cured in a brine bath, then then hot-smoked according to a traditional recipe for around 45 minutes at 60°C, resulting in a deeper flavour with a smooth, satisfying finish.
